You accept these terms, together with the Privacy Policy, by using the site, and you accept them expressly when you send any of its forms, each of which tells you so before you send it. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You confirm that you have reached the age of majority, which is eighteen full Hijri years under the Civil Transactions Law, and that you have full legal capacity. If you use the site or book a consultation on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it, and the organisation is bound by these terms.
3. What the site is, and how services are contracted
- The site gives general information about the company, its services and its products. It is not in itself a quotation or professional advice.
- Examples and illustrative interface screens shown on the site are illustrations only, and do not show real client data.
- Each service is agreed in a written quote and a contract accepted by both parties, setting out the scope, fees, timelines, responsibilities and the processing of data. What the site says about the service is read together with the contract and complements it under the E-Commerce Law; if the two conflict, the terms agreed in the contract prevail, unless the law provides otherwise.
- We take care that what we advertise on the site is accurate and not misleading. We may update the services, their descriptions and any content on the site at any time, without affecting any existing contract.
4. The free consultation
- The consultation is free, lasts about 30 minutes, and takes place by video or phone call at the available times shown on the site, in Riyadh time.
- You must book with your own correct details. Each person may hold a limited number of upcoming bookings, and we may decline or cancel any booking that appears automated, duplicated, not genuine or in breach of these terms.
- You receive a confirmation by email. You can change the time by replying to it, or cancel with the link it contains.
- If we have to change the time, we will tell you as early as we can and suggest another.
- The consultation creates no obligation on either side to enter into a contract. What we offer in it are general, preliminary observations based on what you tell us, not professional advice or a deliverable.
- We treat what you share with us in the consultation as confidential, and use it only to prepare for, hold and, at your request, follow up on it. Please don't share trade secrets or sensitive data before a non-disclosure agreement is signed; we're happy to sign one first.
5. Messages and job applications
- We aim to reply to messages within one working day. This is a goal we work to, not a contractual commitment.
- Applying for a job creates no employment relationship or obligation to hire. We consider applications at our discretion and in line with the applicable labour laws, and you confirm that what you submit is accurate and your own.
- We process the data in messages and applications under the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. In particular, you must not:
- attempt unauthorised access to the site, its servers, its systems or the data of others;
- scan the site or test it for vulnerabilities, manually or with automated tools, load-test or overload it, disrupt it, or bypass its security and verification measures;
- access the site with automated programs or harvest its content automatically, other than search engines that follow the site's instructions to them;
- send automated, fake, test or unsolicited messages, bookings or applications, impersonate anyone, or provide false information;
- upload files containing malware, or any unlawful or offensive content or content that infringes the rights of others; or
- use the site in breach of the law or in a way that harms us or others.
Some of these acts may be offences or violations punishable under the Anti-Cyber Crime Law and the Telecommunications and Information Technology Law. If you breach these terms, we may block your access to the site, cancel bookings, delete submissions and report the matter to the competent authorities.
7. Reporting security vulnerabilities
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the site, report it to [email protected] as our security.txt explains, and give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.
While doing so, don't access, change or keep the data of others, don't disrupt the site, and don't use automated scanning tools. We don't pay rewards for reports, but we credit researchers who ask to be credited. This section does not authorise any act the law prohibits.
8. Intellectual property
- All content on the site, including its text, designs, layouts, illustrations, icons, illustrative interface screens, code, and the Roundout name and logos, is owned by or licensed to Roundout Company and protected under the Copyright Law, the Trademark Law of the GCC States, the Law of Tradenames, and other laws and international agreements.
- The photographs on the site come from open collections and are used under their licences, shown in black and white and cropped. The source, creator and licence of each one are listed on the Image credits page, and its rights remain with its owner.
- Names of products, platforms and trademarks belonging to others are the property of their owners. We mention them only to describe our services and the platforms we work with, and mentioning them implies no partnership or endorsement.
- You may browse the site, print reasonable extracts for your personal use and share links to its pages. You may not copy, modify, publish or commercially exploit its content, or use our marks, without our written permission.
9. Our products and other websites
Each of our products has its own website, terms and privacy policy, and those terms govern your use of the product. The site also links to websites run by others whose content and practices we don't control. A link does not mean we endorse them, and you use them at your own risk and under their terms.
10. Availability and changes to the site
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will run without interruption or error. We may change, suspend or discontinue the site or any part of it for maintenance, development or any other reason.
11. Disclaimer about information
The information on the site is general and for introduction only. It is not legal, regulatory, security or financial advice. References on the site to laws, regulations, standards and controls are general and may change, and are no substitute for their texts or for a specialist. We don't guarantee results outside our control, such as search rankings or app store approval.
12. Limitation of liability
- The site and its content are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available".
- As far as the laws of the Kingdom allow, including the Civil Transactions Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damage, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from using or being unable to use the site or from relying on its content.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability from which the law does not permit exemption, including liability arising from fraud or gross negligence, and liability for a harmful act, from which no agreement may exempt a party under the Civil Transactions Law.
- Our liability for services is governed by the contract for those services, not by these terms.
13. Your responsibility
You are responsible for any damage caused to us or others by your breach of these terms or of the law, including the reasonable costs of dealing with it, in accordance with the law.
14. Force majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of networks or providers' services, cyberattacks, natural disasters and decisions of the competent authorities.
15. Electronic communications and notices
You agree that communications between us may be electronic, and that electronic records and messages have the same effect as paper correspondence under the Electronic Transactions Law and the Law of Evidence.
The site's forms, our email address [email protected] and the email address you give us are the digital means of communication agreed between us. We send notices to your email address; send yours to ours.
16. Complaints and suggestions
To make a complaint or a suggestion about the site or our services, email [email protected] with "Complaint" in the subject line, saying what it is about and what you are asking for. We confirm receipt within two working days and reply with our response within 15 working days of receiving it.
You may also take your complaint to the competent authority for its subject, such as the Ministry of Commerce through its official channels, or the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority for personal data, as our Privacy Policy explains.
17. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. We publish the changed version on this page with its date, and it applies from the date of publication, without retroactive effect. If a change is material we will draw attention to it on the site, and your continued use of the site after the change is published means you accept it.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We aim to resolve any disagreement amicably; if it is not resolved within 30 days of notifying us in writing, the competent courts in the city of Riyadh have jurisdiction to decide it, without prejudice to mandatory rules of jurisdiction.
19. General provisions
- These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the use of the site.
- If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
- Any delay or failure by us to exercise a right is not a waiver of it.
- We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms to a lawful successor.
- Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
20. Language
These terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two differ, the Arabic text prevails.
21. Contact
For any question about these terms, email [email protected] or use our contact page.
