Cybersecurity

Practical security sized to your business: we review and harden your systems, switch on multi-factor sign-in, manage SSL certificates and email authentication, set up backups and an incident response plan, and work with licensed partners for the parts that need a licence.

What you get

  • Multi-factor sign-in on every important account
  • SSL certificates that renew automatically, with no surprise expiries
  • Email that reaches inboxes and a domain that can't be spoofed
  • Isolated backups with restores we have actually tested

What we offer

We focus on what actually lowers risk for small and mid-sized businesses, from accounts and email to servers and backups.

Review and plan

Security review and roadmap

We review your accounts, systems, devices, domains and how your team works, then give you a prioritised list: what to fix this week and what to plan this quarter.

Policies and compliance readiness

Clear security policies and procedures aligned with the NCA's Essential Cybersecurity Controls and the Personal Data Protection Law, plus readiness work if you're preparing for ISO 27001.

Vulnerability scanning and penetration testing

We regularly scan the systems we build or host and fix what we find, and arrange penetration tests with specialised partners, then fix the findings and verify the fixes.

Harden and protect

Server and application hardening

Secure configuration for servers, databases and applications, unnecessary ports and services closed, and regular security updates, following recognised hardening benchmarks.

Identity and workplace security

Multi-factor sign-in on every account, single sign-on, separate admin accounts, and the recommended Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace baselines, from sharing rules to conditional access.

Endpoint protection

Endpoint protection and device management for laptops and phones, disk encryption, automatic updates and remote wipe if a device is lost.

Website and domain protection

A web application firewall and DDoS protection, plus DNSSEC, registrar lock and CAA records that limit who may issue certificates for your domain.

Backup and recovery

Backups isolated from your main systems, regular restore drills and a recovery plan that sets what comes back first and how fast.

Certificates and email trust

SSL/TLS certificates

We choose the right certificate (DV, OV or EV; single, multi-domain or wildcard), buy it from a global certificate authority, install it, renew it automatically and watch expiry dates so your site doesn't go down.

Code-signing and email certificates

Code-signing certificates so your software shows your company as its publisher, and S/MIME certificates to sign and encrypt email, bought from global certificate authorities, with the keys set up securely.

Email authentication and phishing protection

SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so your email reaches inboxes and your domain can't be spoofed, plus settings that protect your team from phishing.

Prepare and respond

Incident readiness and recovery

A written plan for what your team does when something happens, rehearsed in a practical exercise. If a system we host is compromised, we isolate it, restore it from a clean copy and close the gap, bringing in a specialised partner when forensic analysis is needed.

Security awareness

Short sessions for your team, in Arabic and English, on phishing, passwords and fraud, plus simulated phishing emails that measure improvement over time.

How we deliver

Clear steps, each stage with a set date.

  1. Review

We map your systems, accounts and risks, and decide what to protect first.

  2. Plan

A prioritised list of fixes, a written scope and a fixed quote.

  3. Harden

We apply the settings and protections and document every change.

  4. Verify

Ask us

Rules and compliance

Must our company follow the Essential Cybersecurity Controls?

They bind government bodies, their companies and operators of critical national infrastructure, and the National Cybersecurity Authority encourages everyone else to apply them. Government clients often require them of their suppliers too, so we help you get ready.

How do you handle services that need an NCA licence?

We follow the Authority's rules for cybersecurity service providers. Services that need a licence, such as managed security operations centres, come through licensed partners, and we never claim a licence we don't hold.

What does the Personal Data Protection Law require technically?

Technical and organisational safeguards that match how sensitive the data is, such as access control, encryption and logging, plus reporting personal data breaches within the deadline the regulations set. We help with the technical safeguards; the legal assessment stays with your legal adviser.

Reviews and protection

What does a security review include?

A review of accounts and permissions, email, domains, servers, devices and backups, ending in a written report and a prioritised list of fixes. It isn't a penetration test; it's usually the step before one.

Do you do penetration testing?

We arrange penetration tests with specialised partners once you approve the scope in writing, then fix what they find and verify the fixes. We also run regular vulnerability scans ourselves on the systems we build or host.

Can you monitor our security around the clock?

Round-the-clock security monitoring is the work of a security operations centre and needs a National Cybersecurity Authority licence. So we set up essential alerts that reach your team and connect you with a licensed centre when you need one. Our technical support itself is available 24/7.

How do you secure our Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

With a known checklist: multi-factor sign-in for every user, separate admin accounts, clear sharing rules, phishing protection, conditional access and alerts on suspicious activity. It is usually done within days.

Are backups enough against ransomware?

Only if they're isolated from your main systems, so they can't be encrypted too, and restores have actually been tested. So we set recovery targets with you and test them regularly.

Certificates and email

Why do SSL certificates need renewing more often now?

The certificate industry is shortening certificate lifetimes in steps: a maximum of 200 days since March 2026, falling to 47 days by 2029. That's why we renew them automatically and watch expiry dates, so your site doesn't go down.

DV, OV or EV: which SSL certificate suits us?

A DV certificate suits most sites; the encryption is the same in all three. OV and EV also verify your company's identity, which some clients may require, though browsers no longer show the difference in the address bar.

Do we need a wildcard or a multi-domain certificate?

A wildcard covers every subdomain of one domain; a multi-domain certificate puts different domains in one certificate. We pick based on how many domains you have and how you manage them.

Our email lands in spam or our domain is being spoofed. What do we do?

We set up SPF and DKIM, then tighten DMARC in steps until spoofed mail is rejected, so your real mail arrives and your domain can't be spoofed. Google and Microsoft now require these records from bulk senders.

Do we need code signing for our software?

Yes, if you distribute Windows software: signing shows your company as the publisher and reduces warnings. The keys now live in secure hardware or a remote signing service, and we help you set that up.

Incidents and cost

We've been hacked. What's the first step?

Isolate the affected systems, keep the logs and evidence, change important passwords and report it where required. If the system is hosted with us, we handle isolation, restoring from a clean copy and closing the gap, and bring in a specialised partner when forensic analysis is needed.

Can you guarantee we won't be hacked?

Nobody can honestly guarantee that. What we commit to is lowering both the chance and the impact: protected accounts, up-to-date systems, tested backups and a clear plan if something happens.

How do you price security work?

Usually a fixed fee for the review and the first round of hardening, then a monthly plan for upkeep and renewals, based on users or systems. Your quote spells out what's included and what isn't.
