Cloud and workplace

Email on your own domain, shared files and calendars, protected accounts, and cloud servers with costs in check. We set up the platforms your company buys, move your data across and train your team, while the accounts and bills stay in your name.

What you get

  • Professional email on your domain, with your old mail moved across
  • Accounts protected by 2-step verification and clear access rights
  • Shared files, calendars and meetings, organised for your team
  • Secure cloud servers with budgets and cost alerts

What we offer

We set up the platforms your company buys and run them properly, from the first mailbox to the cloud server.

Choosing the right platform

We compare Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 against how your team really works: desktop Office apps, existing files, devices and budget. Then we recommend one, impartially.

Business email on your domain

Addresses in your company's name, with mail, calendars and contacts migrated from Gmail, Microsoft 365, Exchange or any other host, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up so your mail arrives and is harder to spoof.

Shared workspaces

Shared drives, calendars and meeting rooms set up with clear permissions, so company files belong to the company, not to individuals.

Identity and account security

2-step verification for every employee, separate admin accounts, the least access each person needs, and single sign-on (SSO) for your other apps.

Devices, joiners and leavers

Laptops and phones enrolled, encrypted, kept updated and remotely wiped of work data if lost, with a clear checklist for an employee's first and last day.

Backups we test restoring

Independent backups of company mail and files, because a platform's retention isn't a backup. And we test restores for real, not on paper.

Cloud servers, ready for work

We set up your servers on Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or DigitalOcean with a tidy landing zone, a secured network, a security baseline, and monitoring and alerts from day one.

Cost control

Budgets with alerts before they are exceeded, tags that show where every riyal goes, and a monthly review that suggests what to downsize or switch off.

Training and a handover pack

Short sessions for staff, deeper training for admins, and a written handover pack in Arabic or English that explains what was set up, where, and how to run it.

Monthly admin

If you'd like, we handle the everyday admin: adding and removing staff, permissions, updates and your team's questions, with a clear monthly report.

How we deliver

Clear steps, each stage with a set date.

  1. Assess

We map your current mail, files, DNS records, devices and accounts, and learn how your team works.

  2. Plan the move

We decide what moves and when, and agree the switch-over time and what each employee needs.

  3. Migrate

We sync your data first while the team works as usual, then switch email over outside working hours.

  4. Secure and train

We turn on 2-step verification, permissions and backups, and train your staff and admins.

  5. Support

We hand over a written guide and stay with you on a monthly support plan if you'd like.

Choosing and cost

Should we choose Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

It depends on how you work. Microsoft 365 usually suits teams that rely on desktop Office apps, while teams that work in the browser and like simplicity may find Google Workspace a better fit. We compare both against your needs, devices and budget, then recommend one impartially.

Who bills the licences, and can we pay in riyals?

You buy the licences in your company's name, directly from the platform or through a local reseller that bills in riyals, and we help you choose. We don't resell licences or add a margin, so the bills and accounts stay in your name.

Do we need a cloud server, and where would it be hosted?

Not every company does. We decide with you based on your apps, how sensitive your data is and your budget, then help you choose a region that meets your data requirements, including options in the Kingdom where available.

How do we keep the monthly cloud bill under control?

Each project gets a budget with alerts before it is exceeded, resources are tagged so you can see where the money goes, and a monthly review suggests what to downsize or switch off.

The move

Can we keep our addresses and our domain?

Yes. Your domain and addresses stay the same. Only where mail is delivered changes, by updating DNS records such as your domain's MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.

Will email stop during the move?

We plan it so you barely notice. We sync your mail first while the team works as usual, then switch delivery outside working hours. DNS changes can take a while to spread, so we watch mail arriving until the switch is complete.

How long does it take?

It depends on the number of users and the size and source of your data. After the assessment, we send you a plan with clear dates for each stage.

What exactly moves, and what doesn't?

We move mail, folders, calendars, contacts and files. Some items may not carry over with migration tools, such as mail rules and some personal settings, so we list them for you in writing before we start.

Data and compliance

Will our data stay in Saudi Arabia?

It depends on the service, and we tell you plainly. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 store data in regions outside the Kingdom today, so if personal data is involved, the legal basis for transferring it outside the Kingdom needs documenting under the Personal Data Protection Law. For cloud servers, we help you choose a region that meets your data requirements, including options in the Kingdom where available.

Is the setup aligned with NCA controls and the Personal Data Protection Law?

We configure it to support your obligations, including the Cloud Cybersecurity Controls where they apply to you: multi-factor authentication for privileged accounts, limits on sharing outside the company, and keeping sign-in logs. You get a list of what was configured, and your company remains the data controller responsible for compliance.

Don't Google and Microsoft back up our data?

Both keep data for set periods, but retention isn't backup: if a file is deleted or an account is damaged beyond that period, it may be gone for good. That's why we set up independent backups and test restoring them.

Accounts and support

How do you protect staff accounts from being hacked?

2-step verification on every account, admin accounts kept separate from everyday ones, the least access each person needs, and alerts on any suspicious sign-in. For sensitive accounts we recommend security keys.

What happens to an employee's account and data when they leave?

We suspend the account on their last day, transfer their mail and files to whoever you choose, and recover the licence and the device, all from a written checklist rather than memory.

Who holds the main admin rights after handover?

You do. The main admin account, billing and the domain are all in your company's name, and we work through delegated access you can revoke at any time.

What does monthly support include?

Adding and removing staff, permissions, updates, reviewing alerts and costs, and answering your team's questions, with a monthly report. The scope and response targets are set in your plan.
