AI technologies

We build and run AI that works on your data and inside your systems: private large language models deployed on your own servers or in-Kingdom infrastructure, and secure connections between the systems you already use and global AI providers. Every project is tested on your own Arabic text before it goes live.

A graphics processor chip with its memory, the kind of hardware AI models run on

What you get

  • A clear plan that starts with the use cases worth investing in
  • Private models when your data must stay under your control
  • Your existing systems connected to AI providers, securely
  • Answers tested on your own Arabic text before launch

What we offer

From strategy to private models, provider integrations and day-to-day operation, as one programme or in separate stages.

Strategy

Readiness assessment and use-case discovery

We review your data, systems, team skills and security needs, then rank the use cases by value, effort and risk, with an estimate for each.

Model and hosting decision

Private model, provider API or a mix of both, chosen per use case by data sensitivity, quality and volume, with a model of the running cost.

Time-boxed pilot

A short pilot on your own data, with success criteria agreed in writing before it starts, ending in a clear decision to scale, adjust or stop.

Build private and local models

Private large language model deployment

Open-weight models running on your own servers, on in-Kingdom infrastructure or in a fully isolated environment, with the right GPUs and efficient serving.

Fine-tuning and distillation

We adapt a model to your terminology, tone and Arabic, and distil large models into smaller ones that cost less to run.

Company knowledge assistant

An assistant that answers from your policies, contracts and manuals using retrieval-augmented generation, cites its sources and respects each user's permissions.

Arabic document and speech AI

Invoices, contracts and IDs turned into structured data using OCR, Arabic speech transcribed with its dialects, and text turned into natural-sounding speech.

Connect your systems to AI providers

Provider API integrations

Secure connections from your ERP, CRM, helpdesk, website and WhatsApp to the AI providers you choose, with keys and accounts in your company's name.

AI agents and workflow automation

Agents that use your tools through APIs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to complete multi-step tasks, with a person on your team approving every consequential action.

One gateway for every model

A single endpoint in front of every model you use: it routes each task to the right model, switches automatically to a backup model when a provider fails, and applies spending limits and caches repeated answers.

Operate and govern

Evaluation, testing and guardrails

A test set of real questions in Arabic and English, rerun on every change, plus guardrails and red-team testing that simulates misuse before anything goes live.

Governance and compliance file

We document each use case against SDAIA's AI ethics principles, your data classification and the legal basis for any data transfer under the Personal Data Protection Law, and hand you the complete file.

Managed operation and training

We monitor quality, cost and speed, update models safely, and train your leaders, users and IT team to work with AI confidently.

How we deliver

Clear steps, each stage with a set date.

  1. Discover

We map your goals, data and systems, and agree on the use cases to start with.

  2. Choose the model and hosting

Private, provider or hybrid, decided by data sensitivity, quality and running cost.

  3. Pilot with a test set

We build a pilot on your own data and measure it against a test set agreed with you.

  4. Build and integrate

We connect it to your systems, add permissions and guardrails, and launch in stages.

  5. Operate and improve

We monitor quality and cost, rerun the tests on every change and keep improving.

Ask us

Data and privacy

Will our data be used to train the providers' models?

Not on the business terms we use. The paid APIs of the major providers state that customer data isn't used to train their models, and we never put your data into free consumer tools whose terms can allow it.

Where is our data processed and stored?

Every project starts with a data-flow statement that names each service and the country where your data is processed and stored. For sensitive data, we design the solution to run on your own infrastructure or inside the Kingdom.

How do you handle the PDPL if data must leave the Kingdom?

We remove or mask personal data first wherever we can. If it still has to be transferred, we help you meet the law's transfer conditions with SDAIA's standard contractual clauses and a written transfer risk assessment.

Will it respect who is allowed to see what?

Yes. Search results are filtered by each user's existing permissions, data stays in its source systems where possible, and every answer is logged with its sources.

Choosing and running the model

Should we use a private model or a provider's API?

It depends on the data and the use case. We classify your data first: public and low-sensitivity data can go through provider APIs on business terms, while restricted and sensitive data goes to a private model. Many solutions combine both behind one gateway, and we decide by testing on your own data, not on public leaderboards.

Can it run entirely on our own servers, even offline?

Yes. Open-weight models can run on your servers or in a fully isolated environment with no internet connection. We agree in writing who owns the hardware and who handles updates and model upgrades.

What hardware do we need for a local model?

It depends on the model size, the number of users and how much text each request carries. We size the servers and GPUs after a short assessment, and only then give you a price.

Do we need fine-tuning, or is retrieval enough?

Most projects start with retrieval-augmented generation, because facts change and answers can cite their sources. Fine-tuning helps with format, tone and terminology, or to make a smaller model cheaper to run.

Quality and safeguards

How good is it in formal Arabic and Saudi dialects?

It varies by model and task, so we test on your own Arabic text with native-speaking reviewers before choosing. Formal Arabic is usually strong; dialects and text that mixes Arabic and English need more testing, and we tell you plainly what we find.

How do you limit wrong or made-up answers?

Answers come only from the documents you specify, cite their sources and can say “I don't know”, and sensitive answers go through human review. Before launch, we measure quality on a test set agreed with you and rerun it on every change. No one can honestly promise zero errors.

Will AI agents act on their own?

Only within the limits you set. Agents can prepare and propose, but a person on your team approves anything consequential, every tool has a narrow scope, and every action leaves an audit trail.

Is it aligned with SDAIA's AI ethics principles?

Yes, we design for them. Each project is mapped to the principles and its risk level, alongside the PDPL and your data classification, and we hand you the file. We describe this as alignment with the principles, not as a certification.

Connections, cost and ownership

Can you connect AI to our ERP, CRM, helpdesk and WhatsApp?

Yes, through their APIs and Model Context Protocol servers, starting with read-only access. On WhatsApp, the assistant serves your own customers, with their opt-in and a clear way to reach a person.

What if a provider has an outage or retires a model?

The gateway can switch to a backup model automatically, and we pin model versions so nothing changes without testing. When a model is retired, its replacement has to pass the same test set first.

What will it cost?

There are three parts: building, with a fixed quote per phase; running, based on model usage or servers; and support. We also show you what lowers running costs, such as caching, batch processing and routing simple tasks to smaller models.

Who owns the model, the weights and the code?

You do. Fine-tuned weights, prompts, code and test sets are yours, within the licence of the base model we started from, and we hand them over in full.
