App development

Web, mobile and Windows desktop apps built around how your business really works. We start with discovery and a clickable prototype, fix the price before the build, then build, launch and support the app with you.

What you get

  • A clickable prototype and a fixed quote before we build
  • Arabic-first apps for iPhone, Android, Windows and the web
  • Source code and store accounts in your company's name
  • Regular demos while we build, and ongoing support after launch

What we offer

Everything it takes to turn an idea into software your team and customers use every day.

Discovery and prototyping

A short discovery of your goals, users and requirements, ending in a written scope, a clickable prototype and a fixed quote.

UX and UI design

Screens designed around the tasks your team and customers really do, on an Arabic-first design system with English mirrored from it, tested with your users through the prototype.

Web apps, portals and dashboards

Customer portals, booking and ordering systems, internal tools and admin dashboards, with the roles, approvals and reports you need.

iPhone and Android apps

One cross-platform app by default, saving time and cost, and native builds when performance or device features call for it.

Windows desktop software

Tools for the office and the field, with a proper installer and automatic updates. We build and ship our own Windows app, so we know the details.

APIs and back ends

Secure APIs with clear documentation, and the back end that powers your apps, built to grow with them and ready to connect to other systems later.

Saudi platform connections

ZATCA e-invoicing, local payment gateways, SMS and OTP, Wathq company records and National Address lookups, built into your app from the start.

Modernisation and takeovers

We take over apps built by others and modernise ageing systems, always starting with a code review and a written plan before any change.

Quality, testing and security

Automated tests, release pipelines and secure coding practice on every project, so each release is checked before it reaches your users.

Store publishing and support

We publish to the App Store and Google Play under your company's accounts, then keep the app updated and supported under a clear plan.

Ask us

Getting started and cost

How do we get started?

With a free 30-minute consultation, then a discovery phase. It ends with a written scope, a clickable prototype and a fixed quote, so you know exactly what you're buying.

How long does an app take?

It depends on the scope. After discovery you get a timeline with dated milestones, and we show you working software at the end of every development cycle.

How do you price it?

With a fixed quote for each phase, based on a scope we agree in writing. Support and updates after launch have their own monthly plan.

What if our requirements change mid-project?

They often do. We write up each change with its effect on time and cost, and start on it only once you approve.

Can you take over an app another company built?

Yes. We start with a review of the code and architecture, then send you a report and a plan before changing anything.

Ownership and confidentiality

Who owns the source code?

You do. The code lives in repositories under your company's accounts, and we hand over the documentation needed to maintain and extend it.

Will you sign an NDA before we share our idea?

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share any details.

Where will our data be hosted?

Where you choose. We recommend a location that suits your data and any rules you follow, and it is written into the contract.

Technology and platforms

Which technologies do you use?

Mainstream, well-supported technologies that are easy to hire for, chosen to fit your project. Nothing closed that ties you to us.

Native or cross-platform?

Cross-platform by default: one codebase for iPhone and Android saves time and cost. We build native when performance or device features call for it, and explain why.

Will the app work properly in Arabic?

Yes. We design in Arabic first, with right to left built in from the first sketch, then mirror to English. Every screen is tested in both languages.

Can the app connect to our systems and Saudi platforms?

Yes. We connect it to your existing systems and to services such as ZATCA e-invoicing, local payment gateways, SMS providers, Wathq and the National Address. Some need accounts or subscriptions in your company's name.

Publishing and after

Do you guarantee the app stores will approve our app?

No one can: the stores decide. We build to their published guidelines, prepare the listing carefully and plan time for review. Apps are published under your company's own developer accounts, and Apple will ask for your D-U-N-S number.

Will Windows show our company as the publisher?

Yes. We sign your installers with a code-signing certificate in your company's name, so Windows shows your company as the publisher. A new certificate may still trigger a notice for a while as Windows builds trust in it.

What happens after launch?

We keep the app updated, fix issues and add improvements under a support plan. You can also take it in-house: everything you need is handed over.
